What is your return policy?
While every item in our collection is inspected before leaving our warehouse, please contact us immediately should damage occur in transit or if you discover any manufacturer defect.
Merchandise found to be faulty or damaged must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Upon inspection, merchandise not returned in good condition may be rejected or subject to additional usage fees. For more information please review the Online Terms and Conditions of Sale.
How do I return an upholstered furniture item?
Products may be returned within three days of delivery for exchange only by calling La-Z-Boy Furniture Gallery on 013 590 0700 or reporting by e-mail to email@example.com. Once we have gathered all of your information, you will be contacted to set up a time for merchandise pick-up. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected. Merchandise must be in new condition and a restocking fee may apply.
